DINNER: Ideally I eat when you eat. As per the contract a meal is to be provided. I like to be placed on the outskirts of the floor-plan, so that I can easily reach my lighting, sound, and camera gear. Is seating reserved ahead of time? Are there any details you need from me for meals?

Please provide a list of the people who will be speaking during the toasts.

Are there any special events happening during your wedding day that I need to be aware of? Examples: Unity Ceremony, Special speeches, musical numbers, dance numbers, any type of surprise or gift, etc..

Are there any restrictions you are aware of that will prevent me from moving around during your ceremony? (e.g. can I move freely within the aisles of a church, or should we remain stationary?) I try to be as respectful as possible during ceremonies, but ultimately this means different things to different people! Please let me know of any restrictions you or your venue may have.

Please list any additional shots, people, sentimental object, etc., that are important to you that I should know of throughout the day..

Is there anything we need to be aware of? (divorces, someone doesn't like to be on camera, people that do not get along, etc..)
